Green Valley conducted a home inspection and radon test on our new home in early February, 2026. Without question we would rate their service as 5 star. Through the entire experience their communication was prompt and explicit. Technicians arrived on time the scheduled day of inspection, and proceeds to inspect all structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the house from top to bottom. Before departing, they reviewed all notable issues they felt necessary to report to the buyer. Within two days we received a 96 page report detailing by pictures and written descriptions of all the issues, and an included a summary of the issues that required builder attention. I am so impressed by how responsive, professional and thorough the stucco and stone facade inspectors were with my client's home.  They came well recommended and my client and I were not disappointed!  It is so important to evaluate the facades on homes since so many times the rot and deterioration goes unchecked until the damage gets severe and very costly.
